Florence Achado
Managing Director

Florence Achado is a development communications specialist with over 10 years of experience in Social and Behaviour Change (SBC), Information, Education and Communication (IEC), risk communication, and advocacy campaign design and implementation.

She provides strategic leadership in the development and execution of evidence-informed communication interventions that support public awareness, behaviour change, and social norm transformation. Her work focuses on translating public health and development priorities into culturally relevant, audience-centered communication strategies that drive measurable outcomes at community and population levels.

At Vee69, she leads multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of integrated communication programmes across sectors including public health, gender equality, social inclusion, and community development. She has played a key role in strengthening institutional capacity to deliver high-quality SBC and advocacy campaigns that align with donor requirements and development frameworks.

Her approach emphasizes participatory communication, stakeholder engagement, and the use of multiple channels to improve knowledge, shift attitudes, and influence positive behaviours. She is particularly committed to advancing equity-focused communication strategies that amplify underserved and vulnerable populations.

Florence is a strong advocate for gender equality and inclusive development, with a consistent focus on strengthening narratives that support empowerment and social inclusion.

In recognition of her leadership and contributions, she received the inaugural Advertising Week Africa “Future is Female” Award in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2023.

Musa Gambo

Executive Director

Musa Gambo  is a marketing and communications professional with expertise in service marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic marketing systems.

He is a member of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, and a member of the National Institute of Management, reflecting his strong professional grounding in marketing practice, ethical standards, and organisational development.

As Executive Director at Vee69, he provides strategic leadership in marketing, client relations, and business development, with a focus on strengthening stakeholder engagement and enhancing service delivery systems. His work supports the organisation’s broader goal of delivering effective, audience-centred communication solutions.

He brings a results-oriented approach to marketing strategy, with experience in building and managing client relationships, improving service positioning, and supporting organisational growth.

Nlemba Laurent Gervais

Associate Partner

Nlemba Laurent Gervais is a communications and public relations specialist with a strong background in mass communication, advertising, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon (2007), and a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Communication (Advertising) from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), Malaysia (2011).

He began his professional career in marketing communications at Jama Conseil and Communication in Cameroon, where he worked as a Junior Executive (Marketing Relations) from 2007 to 2009. He later served as Public Relations Officer with the non-governmental organisation Knowing Children in Malaysia (2012–2015), where he supported communication and advocacy efforts focused on child-centred development initiatives.

He has also worked as a Public Relations Officer with Ruffalo Noel Group in Houston, contributing to strategic communication and stakeholder engagement activities.

Laurent currently serves as an Associate Partner at Vee69 Media, where he supports strategic communication, partnership development, and the delivery of integrated media and advocacy campaigns. His work focuses on strengthening communication systems that enhance awareness, engagement, and impact across diverse audiences.

Jakes Anmiem

Associate Partner

Jakes Anmiem is a communications and development professional specializing in strategic messaging, behavioural insight–driven communication, and community engagement. He supports the design and implementation of communication initiatives aimed at improving awareness, influencing attitudes, and promoting positive behavioural outcomes across diverse populations.

His work focuses on translating development objectives into clear, audience-centred communication strategies that strengthen public understanding and encourage meaningful action. He brings experience in supporting multi-channel campaigns that integrate advocacy, community mobilisation, and public information delivery.

At Vee69, Jakes contributes to the development and execution of communication and advocacy campaigns across sectors including public health, social development, and inclusion. His approach is grounded in evidence-informed communication, with an emphasis on clarity, cultural relevance, and measurable impact at community level.

He serves as an Associate Partner at Vee69 Media, supporting strategic communication planning, campaign delivery, and stakeholder engagement to advance social impact and development outcomes.
